Privacy
PhotoAIBench's image tools run in your browser and never upload your photos. The site sets no cookies and has no accounts. Analytics, if switched on, is cookie-free.
Your photos stay on your device
The image resizer and compressor and the PSNR and SSIM calculator are JavaScript that runs in your browser. Your images are read, processed and saved on your own device, and are never sent to PhotoAIBench or anyone else. There is no server that receives files: the site is static pages. You can check this in your browser's developer tools (the Network tab shows no upload), or load a tool, disconnect from the internet, and use it offline.
The only network requests the tools make are for their own code and, if you click "try a sample", a sample file from this site.
Cookies
PhotoAIBench sets no cookies and has no accounts, logins, comment forms or newsletter forms.
Analytics
PhotoAIBench uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without collecting personal data. It is provided by Cloudflare, which also hosts the site (Cloudflare's privacy policy).
Hosting
The site is static files served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. PhotoAIBench doesn't receive or keep server logs of individual visits.
Our own tests
When we test a commercial tool, we upload only our public-domain and CC0 test photos to it, never anything a visitor has given us (we never receive visitors' photos in the first place).
Links to other sites
Links to photo-software companies take you to their sites, where their privacy policies apply. If a link is a paid link (labeled "(paid link)"), the company or its affiliate network may set a cookie on its own site to attribute the referral.
